Current Open Roles
Tom Anelli & Associates is currently looking for a Marketing Assistant and Associate Attorneys to join the team. Salary will be commensurate with experience, and benefits include, but are not limited to health, dental, vision, and 401k.
Associate Attorney
Tom Anelli & Associates has over twenty years of experience defending individuals charged with DWI and vehicular crimes. As the premiere DWI defense firm in New York, we are looking to hire a new associate attorney to join our team. Whether you have recently passed the bar exam or are looking for a place to grow your legal career and build upon your already existing experience, we have opportunities for you.
Our firm is unique in our culture and organization, as well as our approach to litigation. We believe in a collaborative team approach that uses the firm’s wealth of experience and focuses that knowledge to benefit each of our clients. A collaborative team environment and a client-centered approach are cornerstones of why Tom Anelli & Associates is so successful in providing the highest quality representation to our clients.
Our clients come to us in perhaps their greatest hour of need, and our attorneys consistently experience the satisfaction derived from saving someone from losing their ability to drive, their job, and perhaps most importantly their liberty.
The position of Associate Attorney with our firm also offers the unique discretion to manage your caseload. While we do expect our attorneys to spend in-person time at their respective regional offices, this is by no means a “desk job”. For those individuals seeking a non-traditional office environment, our attorneys benefit from being able to practice in multiple jurisdictions and spending time outside of the office by traveling to different appearances. Our regional offices each handle a unique part of the state including Buffalo, the Adirondacks, Syracuse, Albany, and the Hudson Valley. We have opportunities for individuals looking to join our team in each of these regions.
Other benefits of joining our team include not only a competitive salary but a generous benefits package that includes: health, vision, and dental insurance paid for by the firm; and a vehicle allowance after a probationary period (all gas and tolls are paid for directly by the firm immediately upon hire).
Additionally, we invest in the development of our attorneys and want them to grow professionally as we grow as a firm. That is why Tom Anelli & Associates has also instituted a robust CLE and attorney development program, whereby attorneys will have access to free recorded CLEs from around the state, coupled with live programming from various experts in the vehicular defense field.
Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and portfolio (if applicable) to lynn@tomanellidwi.com with the subject line “Associate Attorney Application – [Your Name]”.
