Kevin earned his undergraduate degree from Marist College in 2007 before pursuing his passion for law at the Charlotte School of Law in Charlotte, NC, where he graduated in 2014. After proudly serving in the U.S. Navy, Kevin’s dedication to public service led him to join the Dutchess County Public Defender’s Office in 2017, where he initially served as a conflict defender in Ulster County. In 2023, he advanced to become the Supervising Attorney of the Criminal Unit at the Legal Aid Society of Putnam County. In this role, he managed a team of attorneys and handled complex felony cases, further solidifying his reputation as a skilled advocate and leader in the legal community.
With over a decade of experience in criminal defense and a strong commitment to justice, Kevin’s dedication to defending the rights of his clients is underscored by his membership in the National College of DUI Defense and his role as an NHTSA SFST Instructor. Born in Milford, CT, Kevin has called the Hudson Valley home for the past 25 years. Beyond the courtroom, Kevin enjoys pursuing his passions for golf, hockey, and the great outdoors. He has hiked the entire Appalachian Trail in New York and Connecticut, and part of Massachusetts, with plans to conquer the trails in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
